The Wounded Warrior Resource Center (WWRC) is an online source for wounded, ill and injured service members, their families, caregivers and those who support them find the information or assistance they need.
WWRC call center consultants are available by phone at 1-800-342-9647 or by email at wwrc@militaryonesource.com, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Trained consultants ensure consistent, quality support. Consultants identify the appropriate person to speak to from a military service or federal agency with authority to resolve the matter. The WWRC consultant maintains communication with the caller until the issue or concern is resolved. The Wounded Warrior Resource Center meets the requirements of Section 1616 of the "National Defense Authorization Act Fiscal Year 2008" for a centralized number and ensures wounded service members, families and caregivers have a number to call at any time.
