Air Compassion for Veterans (ACV)

Provides no-cost, long-distance air transportation for troops, Veterans and family members for medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation from Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation Enduring Freedom (OIF-OEF) deployment. Some charitable assistance for transportation is also available for Veterans from earlier military service.

Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Transportation Network

Provides information for individuals who would like to volunteer with the DAV Transportation Network. The DAV Transportation Network is the only way many Veterans are able to get to VA medical facilities.

Provides long-distance charitable medical air transportation, including additional charitable flight services.

VA Travel Assistance

Eligibility requirements and reimbursement rates for travel to VA health care facilities, for Compensation and Pension (C&P) exams or via special mode transportation (ambulance, wheelchair van, etc.).
