The Office of Rural Community Affairs has discontinued its subscription to a newspaper clippings service.
Those interested in reviewing electronic newspapers can access other web sites, such as the one maintained by the Texas Legislative Reference Library which provides links to online newspapers from across the state.
NewsVoyager also provides access to newspapers in Texas, as well as nationwide.
