Construction and Cost Engineering Section
Construction and Cost Engineering Section performs functions in support of the construction field office, as well as the construction program for the Portland District.
Functions performed are: interface with engineering and planning elements in the development of future projects; biddability / constructibility / operability / environmental reviews of plans and specifications; pre-award surveys and technical evaluations of bid proposals; notice to proceed letters; processing of large complex modifications and claims resolution support; budgetary and funds control functions; and work for others.
