General Search and Order Methods

NOTICE: The ASDC ordering tools (Java and HTML) are unavailable on Tuesday, September 15, 2008.
The ASDC web site, ordering tools, data pool, and e-mail communication will be unavailable on Saturday, September 20, 2008 due to network maintenance from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EDT.

MISR Order and Customization Tool This tool enables users to order and customize MISR data in a single interface. Features include multiple consecutive and non-consecutive path and orbit searches; and sorting search results by date, path, orbit, camera, and file version. Customization options include subsetting by parameter, block, and spatial coordinates; additional latitude and longitude layers, and unpacking and unscaling applicable fields; and output data in HDF-EOS stacked-block grid or conventional grid format.
ASDC Web Ordering Tools These tools allow users to search our data holdings without logging in to the system. The user, however, must log in before ordering the data. Searches can be done by project, parameter, and data set, and it can be refined by selecting a geographic region or time range. The ordering tool is available in both Java and HTML versions.
Warehouse Inventory Search Tool (WIST) New client for searching and ordering Earth science data from various NASA and affiliated centers. WIST, which was developed by Earth Science Data and Information System (ESDIS), is intended to give the user community an improved search and order interface.

ACRIM III, CALIPSO, MISR, MOPITT, SAGE III, and TES data are now available through WIST.

EOS Data Gateway (EDG) Multi-DAAC ordering system HTML interface to search and order data from participating archive centers. Also allows searches on a variety of parameters such as: sensor, parameter, data set, data center, source, project, and processing level. WIST is replacing the EDG, and users should migrate their accounts to WIST beginning June 2008.
