Who is Eligible for this Program?
Disaster Relief Services are available to everyone in need in time of disaster.

Other services are specifically intended for military members and their families as discussed below.

Purpose of Program
The American Red Cross (ARC) provides assistance to the military community by generating messages, and providing cantinas and basic support during prolonged operations. The ARC provides a wide range of services to the civilian community, including mental health support, and various training and education programs.

Program Confidentiality
Information provided to the ARC is not confidential, except for information related to mental health counseling.

Services and Resources Available

Requesting Services or Resources
Services normally are obtained by contacting the nearest Chapter of the American Red Cross. Further assistance in accessing Red Cross services can be obtained by contacting the Employee Assistance Program Coordinator (EAPC) at your regional Regional Work-Life Office.
