Mobile Device Reductions Result in Significant Savings

After training more than 300 people in March 2012, spend on zero-use devices for the second half of FY12 has been reduced by 40 percent.

Moving forward, additional training and data analysis is planned to drive further efficiencies in zero-use devices, roaming charges, and pool utilization.
