Land Use and Military Construction Reserve Affairs (LFL-5) Mission Statement
The Reserve Facilities Section manages the Military Construction, Naval Reserve (MCNR) program for the Marine Corps. Working closely with Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES), the section plans and develops MARFORRES facilities requirements and priorities into a MCNR program, and defends the program through the POM process and the annual Planning, Programming, Budget System (PPBS) review. LFL-5 also works with Reserve real estate and BRAC issues.
