FY09 DLA/DESC FUEL FACILITY MILCON PROGRAM DATA CALL INFORMATION
This program announces the project data call for the FY09 Fuels MILCON Installation Planning and Review Board (IPRB), which is scheduled for November 17 and 18, 2004 at DESC, McNamara Building, Fort Belvoir. Attachment one is the timeline for FY09 MILCON Program. Attachment 2 is the MILCON Project Prioritization Program (MPP) Criteria that will be used to prioritize the FY09 Projects. Attachment three lists four changes to the MILCON prioritization process made during the pre-IPRB meeting June 23.
