The LRCC serves as the focal point for the coordination of all Marine Corps crisis-related logistics matters during periods of high tempo logistics operations. The LRCC Watch Teams provide critical logistics information to Marine Corps decision-makers to enhance supply chain management support to the warfighter.
MISSION STATEMENT
The LRCC supports the Deputy Commandant, I&L by acting as the focal point for identifying, monitoring, coordinating, processing, and resolving logistics issues affecting Marine Corps forces in times of emergency, increased tension, open hostilities, or exercises. The LRCC coordinates efforts within LPO to synchronize resolution of critical logistics issues.
