Alabama Employer Support of the Guard & Reserve (ESGR) Committee Contact List

List of Alabama ESGR Committee contacts. Each committee has trained volunteer ombudsmen who help resolve issues between employers and their employees who serve in the National Guard and Reserve. Services may include Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) information, informal mediation and referral services to resolve conflicts.

Enforces many federal civil laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), that prohibit job discrimination. The Birmingham District Office has jurisdiction over the Jackson Area Office.

VA Montgomery Regional Office
