Making Your Meetings Work

Need to Plan a Meeting? Or ever been bored during a meeting? This training will show you ideas for making your small, large, or even staff meetings to be more interesting and effective. Learn about and watch numerous examples of how you can incorporate brainstorming, agendas, role play, PowerPoint, discussion groups and panel discussions into meetings so that they yield high energy from your peers and/or staff. You can complete the training during one sitting (60 minutes) or view a section when you have the time.
