Treasury Report on Receivables (TROR)

Monthly Update - January 2009

Agency reporting for the Treasury Report on Receivables and Debt Collection Activities begins on Thursday, January 15, 2009 and ends on Friday, January 30, 2009 for the 1st quarter – FY 2009.The TROR data for the 4th quarter-FY 2008 is now available in DMIS.  The updated reporting schedule for the Treasury Report on Receivables and Debt Collection Activities for FY 2009 is now available on the DMS Web Site at http://www.fms.treas.gov/debt/dmrpts.html#schedule. The reporting requirements for the Treasury Report on Receivables are available on the DMS Web Site at http://www.fms.treas.gov/debt/TROR_instructions_yr2007.doc.  In addition, a TROR report template with formulas is also available in Excel format with formulas.  Please contact your agency liaison if you need any additional training or guidance on the TROR.
