Provides an alternative source of financing to help individuals with disabilities, or their families, purchase adaptive equipment and services through a low-interest, extended-term loan program.

Alabama Association for Persons in Supported Employment

Works to enhance innovative individualized employment opportunities, promote careers and improve the quality of life for individuals with significant disabilities by providing education, technical assistance and training as well as advocacy and support to people with disabilities, their family members, employers and employment specialists.

Alabama Technology Assistance for Special Consumers (TASC)

Provides individuals with disabilities, their families, advocates and associated professionals access to assistive technology devices and services to increase independence at home, school and work.

Southeast ADA Center (DBTAC)

This Disability & Business Technical Assistance Center (DBTAC) provides training, information and technical assistance on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and accessible information technology (IT) to people in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Alabama Relay

Provides a full telephone interpreting service between people who can hear and those who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, deaf-blind or speech-disabled.
