38.01  Work Performed Documentation Package
This is a package which documents the work that was done on a site and substantiates the costs incurred.  It could include contracts, Interagency or Cooperative Agreements, work assignments, Technical Direction Documents, progress reports, or other documents that describe the work performed at the site or describes the site specific response actions taken.

38.02   General Correspondence
Any correspondence including letters, memoranda, notes, and record of communications generated or received by the EPA.

38.99   Other
