The Employment and Training Administration administers a wide variety of programs. Disputes arising in some of those programs
can be heard before an administrative law judge. A collection of ETA immigration-related case materials are found in OALJ's Immigration Collection
library. The Immigration Collection includes Job Service Complaint System cases, which are primarily, but not exclusively, related to handling of immigration matters by local job services or state workforce agencies.
