Recreation Fee Program

Camping

Fees are charged at all Corps of Engineers camping areas on Pomme de Terre Lake except Pittsburg Landing. The Fee parks are Nemo Landing, Damsite, Outlet, Wheatland, and Lightfoot Landing. Fee season is from April 16th through October 15th. Camping fees are:

Day Use Fees

Day Use fees are charged to launch boats at the Corps of Engineers boat ramps at Nemo Landing, Wheatland, and Lightfoot Landing and at the beaches at Nemo and Wheatland.

Day Use Fee Seasons

Boat Ramps - April 16 - Oct. 15
Swim Beaches - May 16 - Sept. 15

Daily Fees

Boat Ramps - $3.00 per day
Swimming Beaches - $1.00 per person per day not to exceed $4.00 per vehicle. There is No fee for children under 12 years of age.

Annual Day Use Permit

An Annual Day Use Permit may be purchased at the Pomme de Terre Project Office located at the east end of the dam or at the Park Entrance Stations (during recreation season). Cost of the pass is $30.00. A pass for one additional vehicle may be obtained for $15.00. Annual Day Use permits may also be obtained through the mail by calling our office at 417-745-6411 or by mailing a Day Use Pass Request Form to:

If calling, be sure to have the license number(s) of the vehicle(s) for which you intend to use the pass and your credit card ready (we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club). When requesting an annual pass by mail, please provide the license number(s) of the vehicle(s) for which you intend to use the pass and a check for the correct amount.
