Criminal Justice Services
The purpose of the Criminal Justice Services Division is to administer federal formula and discretionary grant programs totaling over $100 million in federal grant dollars per biennium, provide technical assistance on program implementation, monitor subgrantees through fiscal and progress reports and on-site monitoring visits, and work with independent contractors to conduct comprehensive evaluations of grant funded projects. In addition, the Criminal Justice Services Division serves as staff to the Governor's Council on Domestic Violence and the Governor's Drug and Violent Crime Advisory Board.
