Transcripts are issued thru our registrar office. There are two types of transcripts available to the student, they are:
Official Transcript

Students must request an official embossed
transcript through regular mail to the ULC Registrars at the address listed
below.

Unofficial Transcript
|
Students may obtain an unofficial transcript,
without embossing, in two ways: (1)
e-mail, directly to the Registrars office or (2)through regular mail to the ULC
Registrars at the address listed below.

Students requesting transcripts MUST include the following information:
1. Student Name, Social Security Number, Month and Day of Birth
2. Names and Dates of classes
3. Address for sending the transcript
4. Phone Number in the event of a question

Personnel in the Registrars Office will issue the student transcript within 5 working days of receipt of request.
