Transcripts

 Transcripts are issued thru our registrar office. There are two types of transcripts available to the student, they are:

Official Transcript Students must request an official embossed transcript through regular mail to the ULC Registrars at the address listed below.
Unofficial Transcript Students may obtain an unofficial transcript, without embossing, in two ways: (1) e-mail, directly to the Registrars office or (2)through regular mail to the ULC Registrars at the address listed below. 
Students requesting transcripts MUST include the following information:

1. Student Name, Social Security Number, Month and Day of Birth
2. Names and Dates of classes
3. Address for sending the transcript
4. Phone Number in the event of a question

Mail request for a transcript to the following:
Registrar
USACE Learning Center
P. O. Box 1600
Huntsville, Alabama 35807-4301

Personnel in the Registrars Office will issue the student transcript within 5 working days of receipt of request.
