Preparing for Selection/Screen Boards
Review your Official Military Personnel File (OMPF) via the web at BUPERS On-Line (BOL). Reviewing your Performance Summary Record (PSR) and Officer Data Card (ODC) can provide a great overview of your record and quickly highlight any discrepancies. Proofread your record for any missing information such as FITREPS, schools, AQDs, awards and other related items.
