Purpose

To provide medical screening and documentation for AC, RC, and ROTC in preparation for transition to: 

• Military Training Schools
• Periodic Health Assessment (for Tricare remote soliders and those not assigned a primary care manager)
• End of term of service to include Chapter
• Retirement

Location

The PES is now located at the Soldier Support Center (SSC) on the 7th Floor.
