It takes approximately 45 days from when we receive the completed form to when we will have the tour set up.
Tours are conducted on a first come, first-served basis. All requests are accommodated based on the operational schedule of the 94th Airlift Wing. Even when an event has been scheduled, it is possible that a tour may have to be canceled on short notice due to mission requirements.

All requests must be made a minimum of one month in advance. Please fill out a
and provide the dates and time you need a speaker, the size and type of audience and the target age group. It would also help to provide some background on the event and specific topics your group would like to hear about. If you are requesting a specific member of the unit or a person with a specific job (pilot, loadmaster, navigator, maintenance, etc.) note this in your request. Be sure to include a point of contact with a good daytime telephone number. All requests can e-mailed, or you can print out the form and fax it to us using the information on the right of the page.

The 94th Airlift Wing Public Affairs Office fulfills the wing commander's mission to keep the American public and the Air Force Reserve Command informed. The Public Affairs Office helps to establish the conditions that lead to confidence in the Air Force Reserve and its readiness to conduct operations in peacetime, conflict and war.
Public Affairs personnel conduct fast-paced, high-pressure news media, community relations and internal information programs around the world. They also research, write and release news, respond to daily inquiries, interview key figures, arrange news events and conferences, escort media representatives, establish strategic information plans, assist commanders and communities and produce Web content, video and social media messages to generate positive coverage of the base.
On a daily basis, the 94th Airlift Wing Public Affairs Office publishes information, stories and photos to this Web site. |
