BACH observes Columbus Day
Limited Services during Day of No Scheduled Activity (DONSA)
FT. CAMPBELL, Ky. – In honor of the national observance of Columbus Day, Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH) personnel will observe the federal holiday Monday Oct. 8, therefore all clinics and pharmacies will be closed. Blanchfield offers flu vaccine to TRICARE Beneficiaries
FT. CAMPBELL, Ky. – Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH) is now prepared to administer the influenza (flu) vaccine to local TRICARE beneficiaries starting Sept. 17. Hospital staff members will determine whether the nasal spray or shot form of the vaccine is appropriate for each patient based on their age and medical history. (More)
Screaming Eagle Medical Home staff participates in required training Sept. 21, Pharmacy and Lab Services remain open
FT. CAMPBELL, Ky. – Army Medicine requires all 14 Community Based Medical Homes within the Army to complete required training by Sept. 30. Since the Screaming Eagle Medical Home staff will conduct their training Sept. 21, they will not be offering appointments to patients that day. However, SEMH staff will continue to offer both lab and pharmacy services during their normal business hours Sept. 21 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Any Screaming Eagle Medical Home patient with an acute medical need the day of the training, should visit Blanchfield Army Community Hospital’s Emergency Center. Anyone with an emergent medical need should visit the nearest Emergency Room.
SEMH is located in Medical Office Building One, next to Gateway Medical Center and serves active duty family members who live near the clinic.

BACH Enrollment - Open for Family enrollment within a 30 minute drive time. All active duty service members are assigned to a troop medical clinic upon arrival to Fort Campbell.
