Mon/Wed/Thur 8:00 – 11:00 a.m. and 13:00 – 15:30 p.m.
Fri 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
New patients require a referral from their primary care manager.
Patients should go to their primary care clinic for all routine immunizations.

Allergy Clinic offers specialty immunizations and patients must have a prescription from their provider for any vaccines. Walk-in hours are Monday and Wednesday 7:30 - 11 a.m and 12:30 - 4 p.m., and Friday 12:30 - 3 p.m.

Hours: Vaccination and Immunization
Mon/Wed 7:30 – 11:00 and 12:30 – 1600
Fri 12:30 – 1500

Patients should go to their primary care clinic for all routine immunizations.

The Asthma Education Center provides family oriented, age appropriate education to asthmatic patients and their families.
The center employs a multidisciplinary team of professionals whose goal is to educate and promote asthma self-management. Please call for an appointment.
