The mission of the Planning Department is to direct the orderly growth of residential and commercial development within the City's Development Standards for new development and individual property owners.
Planning and Zoning Commission meetings are held the second and fourth Mondays of each month unless otherwise scheduled by the Commission. In accordance with State of Texas SB 89, the City of Killeen has adopted an annexation plan.
