City of Killeen - Citizen Relationship Management

Welcome to the City of Killeen's Intouch system, which we have implemented in an effort to streamline the processing of citizen requests, concerns, and suggestions. This online service offers you the opportunity to voice your concerns, requests, and suggestions.

For example, if you are experiencing low water pressure in your neighborhood, you enter this information into the CRM database. Your inquiry will be forwarded to the appropriate responsible unit / department for corrective action and follow-up.

Click here to track and view the status of your request. When a request is submitted, you are given an issue number, which you need along with the phone number entered, in order to track or view the status of your request.
