The Office of the Inspector General issued a report (A-01-03-02501) entitled: â¿¿Eight-State Review of the Ability of Noncustodial Parents to Contributed Toward the Medical Costs of the Title IV-D Children That Were Paid Under the Medicaid Program.â¿¿ This DCL conveys that report to the State and Tribal IV-D Directors.
