ADF's No Fear Act EEO Report

The Notification of Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 (No FEAR Act) was signed into law by President George W. Bush on May 15, 2002 and became effective on October 1, 2003. Its purpose is to increase federal agency accountability for potential violations of antidiscrimination and whistleblower protection laws.

A chief requirement of the No Fear Act for federal agencies is the quarterly posting of EEO statistical information on their Web sites.
