The application and $600 entry fee are due Wednesday, April 1, 2009. The fee for applications received after April 1, 2009 is $650.

Applications must be submitted by Wednesday, April 1, 2009. To complete the application process, submit your team registration form online, then mail a copy of it along with one check for $600 to:
