There are billions of dollars in potential funding opportunities in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, and the NYS Economic Recovery Cabinet encourages all eligible municipalities and other entities to apply for funding.

In order to help New Yorkers secure funding, the NYS Economic Recovery Cabinet has listed nearly every funding opportunity included under the ARRA on the page below. The links contain a description of the federal funding, New York's share (if any), the types of entities able to directly apply for funding, and provides forms for contacting state agencies responsible for administering programs in addition to other relevant information.

Unless directed otherwise by the instructions on the particular pages, interested applicants should use the forms linked to on the pages below  to receive information, apply for funding, or submit proposals. Please note these pages replace the old "Submit a Proposal" page. Proposals are no longer being collected centrally by the Economic Recovery and Reinvestment Cabinet and instead will be collected by state agencies when applicable.
