Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may substitute another person in your place by  emailing to us at secretariat_pvsec18@iacs.res.in  before 31 Dec, 2008. If you must cancel, your refund request must be in writing and postmarked no later than December 18 2008. Your fee will be returned, less bank charges as cancellation fee. Cancellation received after 18th Dec 2008 will be returned, less  a 20 percent of registration fee plus any bank chagres as cancellation fee. Direct your letter to the conference registration/secretariat office (see address below). No refunds or credits will be issued after 15 January 2009.
