Office of the Provost
Maintaining and enhancing the university's excellence in teaching, research, scholarship and outreach.
Centers and Institutes
Cornell boasts more than 100 interdisciplinary research organizations, bringing faculty and students together from across the university to pursue research, teaching, and outreach on broad scholarly and social topics like nanofabrication, life sciences, computing and information science, environmental sustainability, human development, agriculture, space research, and international issues. Their work is aligned with national and global needs, providing direct benefits to individuals, groups, and the public good (more about our centers and institutes).
