This page provides access to both free e-journals and publications to which the libraries subscribe. Browse Electronic Library or e-journal packages by publisher.  If you are a Corps employee and are having problems accessing full text articles from any of the journals please contact your district library. Each district library has additional journals that are available only in print. Please check with your library to see what additional titles are available.

USACE Electronic Library

Electronic Journals are available through the USACE Library Program's newest Corps-wide subscription portal.  Use these subscriptions to research the article or journal you need, search by subject and capture the citations for your reports.
