The Department of Defense Dependents Schools
(DoDDS) Pacific Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)
Program Manager provides training, support, and guidance to districts and schools in an effort to prevent systemic
barriers and discriminatory practices that impede
cultivation of a diverse workforce.
The
EEO Office processes complaints of
discrimination in a timely manner, resolves workplace
disputes at the lowest possible level, and implements Affirmative Employment initiatives.
Additionally, it profices technical
and professional advice and guidance to
DoDDS Pacific workforce in accordance with Title VII
and all applicable EEO regulatory guidelines which
safeguard the workplace from discrimination based
on sex, race, color, national origin, age, disability,
religion, and reprisal.
The EEO Forum Grid provides information
regarding who and where to address workplace concerns. The Grid specifies the appropriate forum
or avenue to address complaints and disputes. |

Special Emphasis Programs |
The EEO Program Manager oversees the Special Emphasis
Program in DoDDS Pacific, which ensures
