Engineering and Construction Division

The more than 100 employees in the engineering and construction division include 14 professional engineering and science disciplines. The division provides study, design and construction engineering services for civil works water resource projects, including navigation, flood control, environmental stewardship, dam safety, recreation and emergency response. This includes engineering and related support to maintain the St. Paul District's 13 locks and dams on the Mississippi River and 16 multi-purpose reservoirs located in Minnesota, North Dakota, Wisconsin and Iowa.
