Contracting Division
The Contracting Division's mission is to provide the highest quality contracting services for the St. Paul District and its customers. A professional staff of contracting officers, contract specialists and procurement technicians lead the district in advanced, innovative contracting strategies and acquisition solutions. We strive to exceed the expectations and meet the needs of our customers, the communities we serve, the Army and the nation.
We routinely procure a variety of supplies, services and construction work through competitive solicitations. This work enables Corps engineers, scientists and field personnel to maintain navigation on the upper Mississippi River, operate and maintain numerous outdoor recreation areas, complete studies and design programs that achieve effective environmental stewardship, provide flood control for local communities and respond to national disasters and other crises.
