The power sector, through EPICI, has finalized its work plan in the form of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with DOE. The MOU outlines proposed implementation actions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions intensity by 2012. The power sector, in conjunction with DOE and other federal agencies, will implement the actions.
