The Albuquerque Rape Crisis
Center provides emotional support and advocacy to
survivors of sexual assault and abuse within the
greater Albuquerque area, and serves as a community
resource on issues regarding prevention and
awareness of sexual assault and abuse.

Sexual Assault Nurse
Examiners (SANE): |
The
Albuquerque SANE Collaborative is a non-profit
agency that provides medical treatment for sexual
assault survivors. Our care of specially trained
nurses are on-call to respond to immediate sexual
assault cases. SANE nurses provide sensitive and
objective medical care and collect forensic evidence
from the sexual assault survivor. |

Aid is a nonprofit law office providing free legal
representation to the poor throughout New Mexico in
civil cases to increase access to the justice system

The Domestic Violence Division serves persons
seeking to petition the Court for a Protection Order
who are victims of actual or threatened abuse by a
family or household member. This process can take up
to two hours to complete.
