December 2002 Headlines: National Crime Victims' Rights Week for 2003 will be celebrated April 6-12, during which time victim advocates will be honored with the National Crime Victims' Rights Week Awards. September 2002 Headlines: OVC launches Helping Outreach Programs to Expand Application Kit—one-time grants, up to $5,000, for grassroots community-based organizations to improve outreach and services to victims of crime.
