Director, Capability Replacement Laboratory Project Office: Jim McClusky
Jim McClusky, Director of the Capability Replacement Laboratory project, is responsible setting strategy, designing and safely building replacement laboratory space and extending the life of four retained facilities in the 300 Area within the approved technical baselines. Jim also ensures proper completion of project-related tasks and cost-effective achievement of the CRL's mission needs. |

Deputy Director: Jim Fulton
Jim Fulton, Deputy Director, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the CRL project. Jim assists in managing and directing activities within the CRL project and provides senior technical oversight, assists in mitigating project risks, and has delegated approval authority by the CRL Director. |

Executive Assistant: Amy Schwantes
Amy Schwantes, Administrative Assistant, is responsible for daily coordination of the Project Director's and office calendar, effective office communication between the CRL project and all stakeholder groups interacting with the project, and management of the Project Director's office administrative functions. In these roles, she supports the Project Director and Deputy Director as well as the business management functions of the CRL project. |

PM/Business Systems: Angus Bampton
Angus Bampton, Project Management/Business Systems Integration, is responsible for managing and implementing; baseline planning, control and reporting processes, risk management, communications, financial systems, contracts and procurements, and records management functions. In this capacity Angus ensures integral project management and business systems cohesively support timely and effective decisions across all CRL project activities. |

Quality Assurance: Jim Smith
Jim Smith, Quality Officer, supports the Project Director and the project managers by developing the quality program for the CRL project, working with the Cost Account Managers and project managers to effectively implement the quality program, and conducting assessments to inform the project management team on the status and adequacy of project quality implementation. | |
ES&H: Hans Vogel
Hans Vogel, Environment, Safety and Health, interfaces with ES&H subject matter experts to determine necessary permitting actions, E&&H - and nuclear safety-related deliverables, and applicable design standards to meet regulatory needs. Hans also integrates timelines for ES&H activities into the overall CRL schedule and aligns ES&H staff to support CRL activities. |

Contracts: Gary McAtee
Gary McAtee, Contracts, is responsible for drafting and obtaining approval for policies, procedures and other administrative requirements associated with providing contract construction and other contract support services for government related procurements. Gary also is responsible and accountable for leading, coordinating and managing all PNNL construction (including Radiation Portal Monitoring Project, Waste Treatment Project and 1831) and contract business support to the Facilities and Operations (F&O) and Environment, Safety, Environmental Safety, Health and Quality (ESH&Q) Directorates and the CRL project. |

Finance: Kevin Adamson
Kevin Adamson, Finance, is accountable for management and oversight of Business Office operations including leadership for the financial and contracts functions supporting PNNL's Capability Replacement Laboratory, Facilities & Operations (F&O), and Environmental, Safety, Health, & Quality (ESH&Q) directories. Kevin also fills a key role as a member of the management team for each directorate as well as the Business Support Services Directorate. | |
R&D: Liaison Walt Laity
Walt Laity, R&D Liaison, is responsible for working with the "stakeholders" in PNNL's research directorates to ensure that the design of the new Physical Sciences Facility will meet the mission needs of the research capabilities (Materials Science & Technology, Radiation Detection, and Ultra-Trace Analysis) approved for transfer from the Hanford 300 Area to the Physical Sciences Facility. |

Transition PM: Craig Mac Donald
Craig Mac Donald, Transition, is serving as PNNL's Transition Manager and Relationship Manager with Washington Closure Hanford (WCH), the contractor responsible for cleaning up the 300 Area of the Hanford Site. In this capacity, Craig manages all scope associated with moving PNNL's capabilities out of its delayed release facilities in the 300 Area and into newly constructed facilities in the Horn Rapids Triangle. Craig also is responsible for the turnover of these facilities to WCH per an agreed upon schedule. |

Third Party PM: Greg Herman
Greg Herman, Third Party Project Manager, is responsible for the oversight of the developer team as they plan, design and construction of the Biological Sciences Facility and the Computational Sciences Facility. This includes the development and approval of the business case justifying the use of alternative approaches to finance these facilities. Greg also is responsible for oversight of the city of Richland as they design and construct the Horn Rapid Triangle utility infrastructure, which provides utilities to the Physical Sciences Facility. This $5-million project is funded by Washington state through the city of Richland. Greg's other responsibilities include the life-extension projects for Buildings 318, 350 and 331. |

Jeff Pittman, Horn Rapids Triangle New Construction Project Manager, oversees all aspects of building the federally funded Physical Sciences Facility-from design to final construction. |

325 Building PM: Skip Kerschner
Harrison "Skip" Kerschner, 325 Building Project Manager and the 300 Area Retained Facilities Project Manager, is responsible for retained non-nuclear and nuclear facilities providing oversight of design, construction, safety basis upgrades and operational readiness activities. Skip also is the Startup Manager for the Physical Sciences Facility in the Horn Rapids Triangle. |
