MISSION

The mission of the General Fund Division (CFE1) is to obtain, allocate, monitor, realign, and defend appropriated funding for the Agency.

FUNCTIONS

  • Manages the appropriated funds budget process for DISA to maximize corporate financial resources to meet  DISA priorities in supporting warfighter information needs: budget formulation, congressional review, budget execution, and performance review.
  • Provides appropriated fiscal controls to all DISA activities.
  • Directs the Agency's annual program plan development and execution, and evaluates funding execution against program output and outcomes.
  • Serves as the Agency's point of contact for financial management processes, and provides guidance on all phases of the budget formulation and execution, congressional review, and annual program plan performance.
  • Chairs Corporate Resource Manager Panel meetings.
