52-year-old Donna M. Krupp is charged with arson, recklessly endangering another person, risking a catastrophe, and possession of an instrument of crime. The Pennsylvania woman was arrested for torching her neighbor's home while he was away with his family in Disney World. Investigators believe the suspect targeted her neighbor, a police officer, over prior arrests involving her son.

Donna M. Krupp, 52, believed that her neighbor, a Limerick Township police detective, was the reason for her son's June arrest, police said.
