Lodging, Travel, Relocation
You will start your NCCC journey at one of our regional campuses where you'll receive training and spend time in between projects.
- When you are not serving on a regional campus, you can expect to stay in various forms of lodging accommodations such as community centers, churches, campgrounds, or motel/hotel rooms.
- We will pay for your travel expenses to your regional campus.
- When you are not on campus, we will provide full travel accommodations for you to serve at your team’s assigned locations. You can expect to travel in 15-passenger vans that are provided by our program. Please note: you do not have to drive to participate in NCCC.
COVID-19 has impacted some of our members’ ability to travel throughout the country or an assigned region. For updates on how AmeriCorps NCCC is keeping members safe during the pandemic, visit the NCCC FAQ page.
