SEEKING HELP FOR A LOCAL POSTAL PROBLEM?

To ensure the continuity of the Commission’s mission and safety of its workforce, the Commission has temporarily suspended on-site operation due to the impact of COVID-19. The Commission is fully operational and conducting all business as normal from remote workstations. Due to agency offsite working status, responses may be delayed. Please do not send any hard copy mail or fax anything to the Commission. Please scan documents and email to prc-pagr@prc.gov

SEEKING HELP FOR A RATE OR SERVICE INQUIRY?

The Commission welcomes your comments, suggestions and feedback on how the Commission can do a better job.

When you contact us with a mail service issue, your inquiry is documented at the Commission, and may be forwarded to the U.S. Postal Service for additional resolution.  The Postal Service will then look into your issue and respond directly to you within 45 days with their findings.  The Commission will receive a copy of the Postal Service’s response so that we can verify that the problem was handled appropriately.

Use this contact form only when sending comments, suggestions and feedback relating to general Commission activities or mail service inquiries. Please note that if you are intending to submit comments about pending Commission dockets you should click the tab “File Online” above or go to the Commission home page at prc.gov and follow those instructions for filing comments online. Comments submitted through the “Contact Us” tab will not be accepted in Commission rulemaking activities.
