Visitors

Open to the public, Mora NFH welcomes visitors to the hatchery for a close up view of the fish production process. With hundreds of visitors annually, the friendly dedicated staff will normally be available to answer any questions while you explore the Visitor Center and take a short tour of the fish culture spaces.

Visitor Center Hours

Monday through Friday - 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Saturday - 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Sunday - Closed
Federal Holidays - Closed

Driving Directions

Mile 2, Hwy 434, Mora, NM

From Mora:

• Drive North on on NM 434-N approximately 1.5 miles
• Turn left into the Hatchery entrance

Tours

Educational programs are provided for the public and school groups when scheduled in advance. Tours of the hatchery are also handicap accessible. The hatchery has several picnic tables available for use during your visit. Don't forget to sign our guest book before you leave!
