Noise at Buckley AFB

The F-16 flying window is Tues-Fri and one weekend per month throughout the year.

In the spring/summer/fall we fly between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm (from April (daylight savings) to October (daylight savings) and the same window during the month of December.

The F-16 flying window during the fall/winter/spring is between 12:00 pm and 10:00 pm from October (daylight savings) to April (daylight savings), except in December, when we fly during the day.

This schedule allows for all the pilots in the 140th Wing to stay proficient on day and night flying. We appreciate your patience, as we know the noise can be disruptive at times.
