Post-Implementation Review
Determine what action may need to be taken to solve residual operational problems and optimize performance and benefits.
What Must be Done
Post-implementation review is conducted at the key site or early operational site 6 - 24 months after the beginning of operational service to determine whether the agency got what it asked for and whether it got what it needs.
Who Does It
The Director of the performing service organization plans, funds, conducts, reports, and resolves discovered issues or problems. The Director reports exceptions it cannot manage to the Joint Resources Council and key stakeholder organizations.
The PIR Quality Officer oversees the PIR process and participates in the conduct of reviews.
