Antiterrorism awareness themes seek to focus efforts and instill Army wide
heightened awareness and vigilance to prevent attacks and protect the Army
community and critical resources from acts of terrorism. Measuring
antiterrorism performance as a quarterly theme seeks to enhance our focus on
objectively measuring the effectiveness of antiterrorism policy and doctrine
