The scope of this study is Farm to Market (FM) 521 from Beltway (BW) 8 to FM 2234 in Harris and Fort Bend Counties County.

Proposed Improvements

Reconstruction and widening of the existing two-lane facility to a four-lane divided rural roadway, a railroad overpass, and improvements to the intersection at FM 2234.

TxDOT is conducting the study in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration.
