ID Card Appointments

The Patrick AFB Identification Card Office is on an appointment-based system for ID cards and other customer service.

To schedule an appointment please visit the Appointment Scheduler Web Site. The website is easy to use. Just chose a date and time and enter your information. The website can also find your closest RAPIDS/DEERs location.

Operated by the 45th Force Support Squadron's Military Personnel Section, Customer Support Element, the office went to an appointment-based system May 1, 2011. The office is open from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and is closed the third Friday of each month for Training Day. The office is also closed on all Federal holidays and designated Family Days.
